Dynamic Needle Tracking in MSK: Why Anesthesiologists and Rheumatologists Love TodoPocus™ D3-Ultra

A blind palpation-guided shoulder injection has a success rate of around 70%. With ultrasound guidance, that figure rises to 92.5%—simply because the needle tip can be seen entering the joint, bursa, or tendon sheath. Injections into the acromioclavicular joint show a similar trend, with success rates jumping from about 68% to over 94%. Knee and hip injections under ultrasound routinely approach 100% accuracy.
The same applies to anesthesia. Whether you’re placing a femoral nerve block for a knee replacement or a supraclavicular block for upper limb surgery, dynamic needle tracking ensures the anesthetic reaches its intended target.

Ultrasound-guided procedures have consistently demonstrated a significant reduction in both procedural complications and the need for follow-up visits.
